Job Description
- Lead the design and development of system integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business-driven projects and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance on technical opportunities, impacts, and risks while taking into account architectural considerations.
- Work closely with project and delivery teams, supporting solution delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Develop solutions and technologies for domains such as CRM, Customer Onboarding, Account Applications, Customer Service Management, Marketing, Sales, Mobile/Web Customer Facing Applications, APIs, and System Integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and business requirements for Retail Banking, Wealth, or Branch Banking solutions.
- Support and guide teams in ensuring proper data governance, security, and IT operations in line with project requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, offering practical applications of these technologies to enhance business models and operations.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both developers and business partners/clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT software/services definition, build, and management (not IT Operations or Support).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Architect, or Development Lead in a banking or financial services environment.
- At least 3 years of Solution Architecture experience in banking or financial services, responsible for developing solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in domains such as CRM, Customer Onboarding, APIs, and System Integration.
- At least 2 years of technical and business domain experience in Retail Banking, Wealth, or Branch Banking.
- Microsoft AZ-900 or DP-900 Certified.
- Strong understanding of solutions delivery lifecycle, agile methods, and processes.
- Knowledge of financial services, payments, or insurance industries is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon to business language.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and solution development skills, with a focus on application development, middleware, infrastructure, and network architecture.
