Department overview: Operations serves as the primary interface for day-to-day support of customers facilitating onboarding, testing of new functionality and enhancements and by providing production support for the various Osttra platforms. Operations professionals work in a fast-paced environment where the main objective is to provide excellent service to our customers by answering financial inquires and providing platform onboarding expertise with urgency and attention to detail while contributing to the area’s overall strong sense of teamwork.

What’s in it for you: We are looking for self-driven individuals with great problem solving and analytical skills to fill manager position within the Client Services / Implementation Services group.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support for all services supported within OSTTRA’s suite of products.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.

Responsibilities: 

  • Management of 8 to 15 associates. Perform regular one to ones and career management guidance for direct reports

  • Build a good understanding of platforms and be the point of escalation for external clients

  • Ensure high productivity and quality standards are maintained within the team.

  • Act as a relationship point for client and internal business partners for work done by the Gurgaon group.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders like sales, account management, change management and product team to manage book of work.

  • Participate in various internal project for system enhancements and external projects deliveries.

  • Liaise with local and global management teams focussing on the process and client service delivery.

  • Drive continual improvement of the client service process and strive for world class client experience.

  • Onboarding new participants in a timely manner and effective implementation of the product. Assist clients in testing the tradeflows and help troubleshoot issues faced by the client.

  • Configure the product as per clients requirement.

What We’re Looking For: 

Education and experience

  • University graduate or equivalent

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • 12+ years in financial Operation or Financial technology environment

  • Good understanding of capital markets products

  • Experience in direct customer facing role is preferred.

  • Prior experience working with Traiana Products is preferred.

  • 5+ years in management roles

Management requirements

  • The role will require day to day management of staff within the client service team. As such previous management experience is essential.

Commercial awareness

  • Knowledge of the Financial OTC Derivative products (FX is a plus).

  • Awareness of Derivatives products and Trade Processing.

Teamwork

  • Strong team player working at all levels of the business

  • Assist in coordinating the implementation of change to improve established performance guidelines.

  • Flexible working in shifts as per business requirement.
