Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build comprehensive Blueprint of Transformation Roadmaps that translate enterprise-level vision into actionable initiatives with defined timelines, resource requirements, and value realization milestones.
  • Drive discovery processes and solution validation activities, conducting comprehensive assessments of current-state operations, identifying transformation opportunities, and quantifying potential value across automation, digitization, consolidation, and workflow redesign levers.
  • Provide expert oversight for due diligence activities during client onboarding, transitions, and strategic hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment between organizational capabilities and transformation objectives.
  • Translate complex healthcare domain knowledge into actionable shift-left strategies that move intervention points earlier in workflows to prevent errors, reduce rework, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Own end-to-end outcomes for transformation initiatives, establishing success metrics, tracking deployment of technology-related transformations, and ensuring realization of projected benefits including cost savings, quality improvements, and operational efficiency gains.
  • Architect value creation frameworks that quantify and communicate the business impact of transformation initiatives, developing financial models that demonstrate ROI across multiple dimensions including labor productivity, error reduction, compliance improvement, and patient satisfaction.
  • Serve as subject matter expert across healthcare BPO functional areas including revenue cycle management, claims processing, prior authorization, eligibility verification, provider credentialing, and member services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process redesign initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, workflow automation platforms, and AI-powered solutions to achieve efficiency improvements.
  • Establish and maintain thought leadership through development of best practices, frameworks, and methodologies that advance Sagility Health's consulting capabilities and market differentiation.

Essential Skills

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in the Healthcare BPM industry. Overall experience 10-14+ years
  • Deep expertise in US healthcare system operations includes thorough understanding of healthcare payer and provider workflows in claims adjudication and regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, HITECH, ACA, and CMS policies.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence, machine learning, and workflow orchestration platforms with documented results
  • Experience in Customer-Facing roles preferred and should have worked with international clients
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities with a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English with excellent Presentation Skill
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
  • Ability to manage client relationships with strong CRM skills and with good stakeholder and escalation management
  • Strong understanding of BPM Operations, Quality, and Service with a Deep understanding of the different aspects of BPM business QA, MIS, SLA, Baselining, etc.
  • Self-starter, independent, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, groups, and all levels of the organization
  • Aptitude for translating complex topics into broadly understandable messages, tailored to various audiences
  • Team player, dynamic & result oriented with an ability to build a close rapport with key internal stakeholders and clients
  • Professional maturity and a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Knowledge and experience of service level measurement techniques and systems, including the practical knowledge of what should be measured and how to go about it

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required master’s degree preferred
  • Professional certifications in Automation / RPA tools preferred
