• Headcount, capacity, and utilization

• Operating leverage and efficiency

• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks for leadership reviews.

• SLA, quality, and service performance

• Support efficiency and transformation initiatives (automation, GenAI, operating model changes) with quantified business cases and benefit tracking.

3. VP – Finance & Strategy / CFO / CEO Office Enablement

• Serve as a trusted analytical advisor to the VP – Finance & Strategy on strategic and cross‑enterprise topics.

• Support CFO and CEO office priorities through:

• One‑page decision notes and executive insights

• Scenario analysis, sensitivities, and trade‑off evaluations

• Board, ELT, SLT, QBR and investor support content

4. Scenario Planning & Decision Support

• Build and maintain scenario and sensitivity models covering:

• Growth vs margin trade‑offs

• Cost inflation and productivity offsets

• Scale‑up / scale‑down and organizational design decisions

• Support long‑range planning (LRP) and annual planning from a holistic enterprise lens, beyond siloed functional views.

• Assess strategic initiatives, investments, and priorities with clear financial and operational implications.

5. Cross‑Functional Alignment & Governance

• Operate as an enterprise‑first, neutral thought partner, balancing functional priorities with overall company objectives.

• Drive consistency in metric definitions, data sources, and performance narratives.

• Ensure follow‑through on leadership actions driven from analytics‑led reviews.

• Act as a connective layer between Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Functions.

Key Deliverables / Success Measures

• Improved quality and speed of leadership decision‑making.

• Clear visibility into operational and support‑function performance drivers.

• Tangible cost savings, productivity gains, or margin improvements.

• Reduced ambiguity and alignment gaps across enterprise metrics.

• Strong trust and credibility with VP – Finance & Strategy, CFO, and CEO Office
