The AD of Strategy & Analytics will be a critical role reporting to the Head of Business & Technology Modernization, in the US Vaccines Commercial Operations Business Unit. This role combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to help senior leaders drive business decisions and achieve commercial excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

Analytics & Insights

  • Design and/or implement analytics on business performance, market dynamics that senior leaders need to derive insights

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable commercial or market insights

  • Establish and maintain metrics, data sets, KPIs to analyze the commercial business and market so business leaders have up-to-date information at hand

  • Work across functions on analytics projects (e.g., collecting business data or competitive intelligence)

Strategic Thinking

  • Lead strategic analysis or assessment of market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance that help inform commercial strategy

  • Support strategic initiatives with data analysis, research, presentations to drive sustainable growth and commercial excellence

  • Own development of market assessments / presentations that rely on comprehensive or segmented views of the business, customers, performance

 

Senior Leadership Support

  • Support senior leaders on analytic or strategic projects

  • Prepare strategic presentations for executive leadership or for those required for business review, leadership team meetings

  • Support senior leaders in decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis

  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively develop analyses to address emerging business questions

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across functions through exceptional stakeholder management

  • Facilitate alignment between sales, market access, marketing and finance teams to use consistent data sources or analytics

  • Lead cross-functional working groups to address complex business challenges

 

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from concept through implementation

  • Manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies

  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability

  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success

  • Thrive in ambiguous situations, bringing structure and clarity to complex business problems

Communication & Influence

  • Develop compelling, executive-level presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations

  • Create clear, concise narratives that distill complex analyses into actionable business implications

  • Influence decision-makers through effective data storytelling and business case development

  • Drive organizational change through persuasive communication and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, with exposure to pharmaceutical/healthcare projects preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, market assessment, strategic planning and/or competitive intelligence

  • Superior communication skills with the ability to influence at the senior leadership level

  • Exceptional project management capabilities with experience driving strategic initiatives

  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical tools

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

 

Language

Excellent English written and verbal

The salary range for this position is:

$147,000.00 - $212,333.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
