The Associate Director – Strategic Operations oversees strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads. This position works closely with assigned executive(s) and business leaders to achieve desired results by leveraging their deep expertise in strategic project management, skillful communication, logistics coordination, and execution. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of various business functions to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.

- Project Management & Execution

- Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee and execute core projects and administrative functions, ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives.
- Establish and manage comprehensive Project Management Plans to ensure optimal transaction and service delivery.
- Supports efforts to align workstreams to overall strategic priorities.
- Partner with Change Management team (Transformation + People Team) to execute change management and communications plans.
- Serves as a Communication Liaison
- Responsible for relaying information between executives, team members, and business leaders through regular connections.
- Attends meetings and sends communications on behalf of assigned executive
- Provides overall picture of productivity and transmits information to department heads for assigned strategic initiatives.
- Manage assigned leader(s) schedule, ensuring preparedness and oversight of action item assignment, follow-up and completion. Provides guidance to Administrative Assistant to ensure travel, calendar management, and expenses are appropriately prioritized and aligned with business needs.
- Consultative Analysis
- Analyze business challenges and develop creative solutions, leveraging a broad understanding of various business functions.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively create opportunities to address them across the organization.
- Partners with Data Sciences and Operations teams to develop and deliver key metrics, dashboards, and analytics.
- Develops, deploys and analyze feedback surveys.
- Expert Execution
- Prepares materials for business meetings and site visits, including dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, update materials, and client list analysis.
- Oversees Business Planning efforts from ideation to template creation.
- Supports various confidential executive and Human Capital initiatives and programs, including planning, developing, and execution of key tactics.
- Builds, writes and deploys content, messaging, documents, and resource materials.
- Designs sessions, including workshops, business planning meetings, and executive retreats.
We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in championing organizational initiatives and program direction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation
$130,000—$175,000 USD
