Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Associate Director) to join our Private Markets Product team in London, focused on Private Credit!
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of investment, distribution, and strategy. You will take end-to-end ownership of key product initiatives across our European private credit platform, including broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and special situations.
You will act as a core partner to Portfolio Managers and Client Portfolio Managers, shaping product strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and representing the platform internally and externally. This role requires a deep understanding of private credit markets, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business.
What you will be doing:
Own product strategy and positioning for key private credit capabilities across Europe, aligning with investment teams and distribution priorities
Act as a senior product lead for complex initiatives, including new product development, fund launches, and platform evolution
Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and CPMs to translate investment strategy into compelling client narratives and commercial solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to Distribution, supporting fundraising strategies, investor engagement, and key client relationships
Represent product in senior client interactions, including due diligence meetings, roadshows, and strategic discussions
Lead high-impact deliverables, including thought leadership, market insights, and differentiated product messaging
Drive cross-functional execution across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless product delivery
Contribute to the long-term strategic development of the private credit platform and broader private markets product function
Provide guidance and informal leadership to junior team members
What you will bring:
Strong experience in product management, investment, or client-facing roles within private credit / private markets
Deep expertise in private credit, including fund structures, strategies, portfolio construction, and performance drivers
Proven track record of owning complex initiatives and operating autonomously in a fast-paced, front-office environment
Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including investment teams and distribution
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate investment content into client solutions and fundraising outcomes
Experience engaging with institutional investors and supporting fundraising efforts
Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with confidence in senior internal and external settings
Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg, Preqin, eVestment, etc.
