KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Program

Salary: $50,000-$64,000 - Determined by education and years of experience
The Associate Director of Operations provides key leadership across the program, ensuring high-quality, mission-aligned services in a safe and supportive environment for youth, staff, and visitors. This role spans operational oversight, staffing, compliance, budgeting, and facility management — all grounded in a culture of respect, inclusion, and excellence.
Core ResponsibilitiesOperations & Facility Management
Coordinate with maintenance staff to track work orders and manage preventive/utility maintenance
Maintain annual equipment records and ensure appropriate ordering of facility and unit supplies
Oversee the physical environment and operational infrastructure of the program
Staff Leadership & Development
Interview, hire, train, and provide performance feedback to staff
Ensure teams have clear role expectations and the tools needed for success
Provide oversight to multidisciplinary service teams with a respectful, inclusive approach
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain proficiency in agency systems (EHR and HRIS) to support accurate documentation
Ensure adherence to agency policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Collaborate with site leadership on fiscally responsible purchasing and budgetary goals
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or social services related field required.
Licensure/Certification: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Experience/Skills: Two to five years of experience in an operations or facility maintenance field, preferably in management or leadership and in a healthcare environment. Preferred experience supervising members of a multidisciplinary team. Requires Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.

Skills Required
