Requirements
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the securities industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of management.
- Detailed and working knowledge of trade processing / contracting processes, reference/static data maintenance and procedures. Candidates with direct experience in Global markets or who have Middle Office experience will be given special consideration.
- In addition to a successful career in Middle Office management, candidates with experience and knowledge of Global equity markets, practices, procedures and trends especially from the “Sell side” perspective will be favorably viewed.
- Ability to multi-task across various business and department initiatives.
- The candidate should be willing and able to challenge existing processes and procedures and suggest changes where these are felt to be appropriate and necessary.
- He/she will be adept with IT and capable of specifying business requirements for enhancements or replacements for existing or new applications.
- All candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience in the usage operations systems/applications commonly used in securities related industry including ALERT, OASYS, FXALL etc.
- The candidate will be required to pass the Series 99 examination to obtain licensing.
