Position Description
The position will lead the management of client relationships, driving business growth and delivering a comprehensive range of investment solutions to institutional clients in our Wealth Management Business. This role requires advanced strategic thinking, exceptional client development skills, and in-depth expertise in financial products.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management of client service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to institutional clients.
Lead the target segment research and onboarding efforts for new clients, overseeing the preparation of pitch books and internal documentation.
Provide proactive investment insights and maintain robust communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service.
Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the institutional market.
Strengthen the institutional client base, promoting research services and cross-selling other financial products.
Develop sales strategies and achieve targets in line with business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
7+ years of experience in brokerage/asset management, with a strong focus on client-facing roles or institutional sales.
Comprehensive understanding of investment products, financial markets, and private banking strategies.
Proven track record in developing client relationships and executing transactions effectively.
Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Licensed under SFC with Type 1, knowledgeable in local regulatory and compliance standards.
