About the Role:
Help build and evolve Bloomreach’s critical GTM Enablement function as our next Associate Director, GTM Enablement! We are seeking a visionary leader who also isn’t afraid to get in the trenches to help us drive seller and partner success. You’ll collaborate closely with field leadership, product marketing, and other functions to help give our GTM teams (sellers, partners, marketers, and customer success teams) the knowledge, skills, and confidence to win deals and grow our business. You’ll report to the VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations and own the GTM Enablement function, including 4 direct reports.
What challenge awaits you?
As the Bloomreach GTM Enablement leader, you will manage the development and execution of our sales enablement strategy, collaborating with our field teams to understand knowledge/skill gaps and partnering with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Human Resources on Bloomreach’s GTM team onboarding, ongoing professional development, product launches, change management initiatives. You will play a critical role in recommending, defining, and driving strategic and operational improvements in GTM Enablement and GTM Performance across the company. Finally, you will collaborate with our Partner team to run a world-class partner onboarding and enablement experience that exemplifies the Bloomreach brand.
You will fully immerse yourself in sales performance data, qualitative feedback from the field, and external benchmarking to draw insight from analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized GTM enablement programs. You will persuasively communicate your programs to senior-level executives, roll up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and check back in to see the impact of your programs.

1. Lead your team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive and support our go-to-market effectiveness
- Understand Bloomreach’s GTM strategy and help to translate that to all GTM teams through effective enablement programs and communications
- Partner closely with field leadership, product marketing, RevOps, and HR to build enablement programs for product launches, GTM change initiatives, new seller/partner onboarding, leadership development, etc.
- Own coordination of major GTM Enablement initiatives/events (e.g., Sales Kick-off, Revenue Leadership Offsites, Quarterly Business Reviews, Club Trip, etc.)
- Take responsibility for the personal development and training of your team members
2. Refine and evolve our holistic GTM enablement program covering the next 1-2 years
- Understand the current state of Bloomreach’s GTM enablement function, knowledge / capabilities of sellers and partners, and company / revenue goals.
- Develop a future state vision for Bloomreach’s GTM enablement function, identifying gaps between current and future state (and how to fill those gaps)
- Build an ambitious (yet achievable) GTM enablement plan for the 1-2 years which will take our revenue performance to the next level and accomplish Bloomreach’s people development and financial goals.
- Identify changes to technology, process, and/or organization that could support the above enablement plan
3. Measure and drive seller success against key metrics
- Own end-to-end seller performance, building and tracking key metrics to identify areas of strength to accelerate and areas of improvement to support with sales enablement and coaching
4. Build on our partner enablement function with an existing direct report and cross-functional team
- Identify gaps in GTM and technical training and collect relevant info across the org, work with Product Marketing, Client Services and Academy to capture content and ensure it is communicated back to partners and that internal processes are optimized
- Gather feedback from partners through surveys, interviews and other methods and identify enablement/operations gaps; create content and nurture tracks that support
- Track the partner journey and KPIs for measuring partner enablement and success
Your success story will be:
- In 30 days, you will meet with key stakeholders and your team to understand the current and ideal state of GTM enablement for Bloomreach
- In 90 days, you will have built a holistic sales enablement program covering the next 1-2 years (with associated success metrics) as well as completed 2-4 quick wins that impact seller attainment
- In 180 days, your efforts will bear fruit as seller attainment and ramp-up time, partner enablement and satisfaction, and employee NPS all begin to increase
- In 210 days, you and your team will be fully driving your GTM enablement program, measuring success, and evolving the program for the future
You have the following experience and qualities:
Professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, instructional design, education, or other relevant fields
- 7 years of experience in sales/GTM enablement, RevOps, and/or training with a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
- High degree of comfort with data analysis in Excel, presentation building in Powerpoint, process documentation in Word, and audio/video content creation
- Nice to haves (but not required):
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and/or learning management systems (e.g., Skilljar)
- Experience working with (or being a part of) customer-facing teams
- B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce experience
- Corporate strategy and/or management consulting background
