Job Description
Major accountabilities:- Act as trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across Bio CCO, Global Marketing, BD&L, and Alliance teams
- Shape financial strategy, long-term planning, and performance steering for the Biosimilars platform
- Generate value‑added, forward-looking insights to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and strategic levers for growth and profitability
- Drive optimal resource allocation and investment prioritization across the portfolio to sustain and enhance Biosimilars platform profitability
- Lead planning cycles (MYF, TGT, Latest Outlook) and drive gap analysis and corrective actions
- Co-lead current and future pipeline for new launches from financial perspective and support external deal evaluation and negotiations
- Drive post-launch performance tracking and value realization. Simplify and continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting, and tools
- Deliver high-quality management reporting, insights, and scenario analyses. Oversee financial month end closing, accruals, and governance processes for Bio CCO
- Accuracy of actuals, plans, availability of analysis in time and of required quality -Achievement of Budget targets, quarterly financial forecast accuracy, Specific Franchises output KPIs, -Customer satisfaction
- Strong FP&A experience in a global matrix organization
- Proven senior stakeholder partnering and influencing skills
- Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and investment cases
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actions
- Track record in driving process improvement and transformation
- English.
