The Air Dominance (AD) sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit is looking for a Finance Leader to lead all aspects of financial management for a critical portfolio of programs to enable the achievement of its Annual Operating Plan and long-term strategic goals. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Air Dominance Finance Leadership team where you will partner with multiple Program Area Directors, Program leaders, and functional partners in an exciting time of significant growth to ensure financial and business goals are met through proactive overseeing, team guidance, and recommendation-based analysis to drive successful results across the SSBU. This Finance Leader will be responsible for a portfolio of programs and captures driving $0.6B of annual revenue. This diverse group of programs span critical development to International production to franchise capture leadership. The complexity of this area will require independent thought leadership and sound decision making to ensure long term growth and profitability. This portfolio of programs is made up of the Precision Strike family of programs, critical Development programs feeding future AMRAAM production, and the critical HACM transition to production.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide financial guidance to this dynamic business area from business capture/proposal development, through contract set up and implementation that enables growth while achieving its financial commitment to the business. We are looking for someone with the ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask across a variety of critical development and production programs that lead to future franchises for the business.

What You Will Do
- Partnering with multiple program area directors and leadership teams to ensure that sound business decisions are made in program implementation and new business and strategy
- Effectively manage all financials for a complex portfolio
- Driving business financials while maintaining accountability across the programs on both short and long-term initiatives including closely monitoring and measuring performance.
- Construction of the business’ Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan
- Development & oversight of financial forecasts for Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Net Cash
- Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, the Finance Leadership Team, SCM/Ops, Engineering, as well as the PMO Director
- Partner on new and innovative cost strategies in support of competitive captures
- Develop a team of multiple managers and direct reports (duties will encompass performance expectations/evaluation, career development planning, team reward/recognition etc.)
- Manage business processes, including Estimates at Complete (EAC), Customer Reporting, Proposal and Start-up Gates, Working Capital Management and Earned Value
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years experience
- Professional experience in a related finance role
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
