We are seeking a dynamic and talented Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating high-quality content and managing events that align with our company's ambitions and priorities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills who acts as a shared service partner for both internal and external communications, driving cohesive narratives across platforms to support business performance, promote company culture, engage employees, and elevate corporate visibility. The incumbent must possess the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Delivery: Develop high-quality, relevant, and engaging bilingual written content for internal and external communications that align with the company’s priorities. Work closely with communications team members and other functional teams to drive content creation and delivery in various formats, including written, video, event-based content, and other innovative forms.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and implement social and content strategies for our corporate LinkedIn that effectively drive brand advocacy and engage our target audiences.
- Executive Visibility and Thought Leadership: Produce thought leadership pieces that position the company as an industry leader and promote our industry expertise. Create narratives, long-form articles, press releases, earned media bylines/op-eds, speeches, keynote presentations, social media posts, and presentation slides, among others, in support of promoting thought leadership and executive visibility.
- Research and Storytelling: Conduct research and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify compelling angles and content that highlight industry trends and promote company strategies and culture.
- Event Support: Collaborate with communications team members and manage in-person events for both internal and external audiences to ensure a smooth and engaging participant experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and event management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and translate insights/findings into engaging content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with poise and professionalism.
