Descripción del Puesto/de la Posición   

Como Assoc. Dir, Commercial del cluster LATAM serías responsable de definir, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de la compañía, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible de las ventas y el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de Marketing, Business Intelligence y Acceso al Mercado.

  • Este rol requiere de disponibilidad para viajar al menos 50% de su tiempo.

  • Este Rol puede estar basado en Panamá, Argentina o Colombia.

Responsabilidades  

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial a corto, mediano y largo plazo., por mercado y linea de producto
  • Gestionar el desempeño comercial por canal.
  • Analizar información de mercado, tendencias, precios y competencia para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Negociar con clientes clave, cadenas farmacéuticas, hospitales y cuentas estratégicas.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de resultados, proyecciones y planes de acción para la Dirección General.

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas  

  • Educación universitaria concluida como profesional en Ciencias de la Salud, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
  • 5+ años en posiciones de Gerencia comercial dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
  • Sólido conocimiento del mercado farmacéutico, canales de distribución y marco regulatorio.
  • 2+ años de experiencia en manejo de presupuestos, forecast y planes de incentivos
  • 2+ Años de Experiencia como responsable por las cuentas de mercado privado a nivel regional (CENCA, LATAM, Cono Sur o Similar).
  • 3+ Años de experiencia gestionando un equipo de al menos 3 reportes directos (Reportes directos, no consideran Contractors, Becarios o personal tercerizado mediante algún outsourcing)
  • Inglés Avanzado, con capacidad para tener conversaciones de negocio.

Skills Required

  • University degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market, distribution channels, and regulatory framework
  • 2+ years managing budgets, forecasts, and incentive plans
  • 2+ years of experience responsible for private market accounts regionally
  • 3+ years managing a team of at least three direct reports
  • Advanced English proficiency for business conversations
