About the Role
Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Director of Clinical Services to join our clinical leadership team to oversee our Neurodiverse Programming. In this pivotal role, you will support the Clinical Director and CEO in delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care for neurodivergent youth across our inpatient and residential settings. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding specialized programming for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and other neurodevelopmental differences.
As a clinical and milieu consultant, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure our therapeutic interventions, staff training, and milieu strategies reflect the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
*   Clinical Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary team meetings, review caseloads, and ensure clinical documentation aligns with neurodiverse care models.
*   Strategic Oversight: Act as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, assisting the Clinical Director, participating in Quality Management, and ensuring compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
*   Clinical Service Delivery: Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, therapy (individual, family, and group), and crisis intervention.
*   Mentorship & Supervision: Supervise and train licensed and non-licensed clinicians, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
*   Liaison & Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact between the treatment team, families, and external stakeholders, providing education and support regarding the needs of neurodivergent youth.
*   Program Development: Participate in the strategic planning of innovative programming, including sensory-informed milieu design and integrative therapies.
Qualifications
*   Licensure: Must hold an active PLPC, LPC, MSW, or LCSW license in the state of Missouri.
*   Experience:
    *   Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the delivery of treatment services to children, adolescents, and families.
    *   At least 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
    *   Minimum of 1 year of clinical/supervisory experience in a residential setting is preferred.
*   Knowledge: Strong understanding of psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse services, with deep expertise in neurodiverse models of care.
*   Requirements:
    *   Must be at least 21 years of age.
    *   Valid driver’s license.
    *   Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient rights.
