Transport adolescents within the residential treatment facility safely and respectfully. Coordinate and respond to transport requests, assist and reassure patients during movement, maintain transport equipment and cleanliness, monitor and document patient condition, and report concerns to clinical staff.

Coordinate care for adolescents with behavioral and complex medical needs. Provide clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts in an inpatient psychiatric hospital: supervise nursing staff, manage staffing and admissions, ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety, respond to emergencies, oversee documentation and quality improvement, and support staff development and onboarding.

Maintain real-time bed boards and resident movement records, support off-campus and staffing schedules, serve as communication liaison across departments, coordinate outings and documentation routing, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and participate in staff development and trainings.

Lead clinical programs and staff at a behavioral health facility for youth, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising clinicians, providing direct care, managing budgets, and coordinating treatment with nursing and medical leadership.
