Provide PRN case management for adolescents in residential behavioral health: coordinate care with clinical teams, communicate with families and community providers, assist discharge planning, maintain confidential records, support therapeutic passes, advocate for patients' social and educational needs, and participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement.

Transport adolescents within the residential treatment facility safely and respectfully. Coordinate and respond to transport requests, assist and reassure patients during movement, maintain transport equipment and cleanliness, monitor and document patient condition, and report concerns to clinical staff.

Conduct high-volume intake interviews and screenings, schedule and complete admissions, verify insurance, update bed/assessment boards, and document inquiry data. Serve as liaison with patients, families, referral sources, and internal departments; assess psychosocial status across age groups and support hospital safety and communication processes.

Prepare and serve meals for adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting, follow dietary guidelines and safety protocols, collaborate with dietitians and healthcare staff to meet medical and behavioral needs, maintain kitchen cleanliness, monitor supplies, and obtain required food safety certification within 30 days.
