Prepares and cooks meals for adolescent patients according to dietary, nutritional, and medical requirements. Serves properly portioned meals, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food safety, monitors supplies, assists with ordering, and collaborates with dietitians and healthcare providers. The role requires a high school diploma, minimum age of 21, and completion of Serve Safe certification within 30 days.

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across inpatient psychiatric units for children and adolescents. Conduct unit rounds, support assessments and care planning, respond to emergencies, ensure staffing and policy compliance, oversee safety and infection control, investigate incidents, and promote quality improvement and positive staff relationships. Facilitate communication among nurses, providers, families, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining regulatory and patient-rights standards.

Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care for children and adolescents receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment. Collaborate with treatment teams, families, therapists, physicians, utilization review staff, insurers, referral sources, mental health professionals, and community agencies to identify patient needs, support documentation, facilitate aftercare, and promote successful transitions from treatment.

Supervise nursing services across inpatient psychiatric units, support nurses with assessments and care planning, coordinate communication with providers and families, respond to emergencies, monitor patient care, ensure supplies and medications are available, and help meet staffing needs. The role requires a Tennessee or compact-state RN license, valid CPR certification, and preferred experience in inpatient mental health and nursing supervision.

Provides evening leadership for a residential behavioral healthcare facility. Oversees operations, staff supervision, crisis response, emergency procedures, safety, incident reporting, compliance, audits, quality improvement, and operational data analysis. Supports therapeutic interactions, teamwork, staff development, and implementation of organizational directives. Requires weekend rotation, on-call availability, physical facility rounds, and crisis intervention capabilities.

Leads neurodiverse clinical programming for youth across inpatient and residential settings. Responsibilities include multidisciplinary leadership, direct assessments and therapy, crisis intervention, clinician supervision, staff training, quality management, regulatory compliance, family liaison work, and development of trauma-informed, sensory-informed care models for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and related neurodevelopmental differences.
