Transport adolescents within the residential treatment facility safely and respectfully. Coordinate and respond to transport requests, assist and reassure patients during movement, maintain transport equipment and cleanliness, monitor and document patient condition, and report concerns to clinical staff.

Conducts behavioral health intake interviews, inquiry screenings, psychosocial assessments, follow-up calls, referrals, and admission coordination. Communicates with patients, families, referral sources, physicians, nursing, clinical staff, and business offices.
