What We’re Looking For
A highly organized, disciplined, and proactive individual with strong PMO, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills. Someone who can bring structure, rigor, governance, and clarity to complex initiatives while also supporting product ownership tasks when needed.
1. Program & Project Leadership (Primary – 40–50%)
· Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives end-to-end across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Reporting/MIS.
· Facilitate project planning, milestone creation, execution tracking, and delivery governance.
· Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, including executive-level updates.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.
· Support incident management (INC) by coordinating analysis, remediation, and prevention steps with Product & Technology teams.
2. Technology Investment Planning & PMO Governance (25–30%)
· Support technology investment planning including demand sizing, annual planning, and priority alignment.
· Track budget burn, under-burn/over-burn analysis, forecast variances, and alignment with epics/features.
· Coordinate with central Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) / PMO to submit data, consolidate inputs, and facilitate financials management
· Maintain governance dashboards, reports, and metrics for investment utilization and capacity planning.
· Partner with Product Managers on funding requests, reallocation needs, and investment decision-making.
3. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination (10–15%)
· Serve as a coordination point for selected vendors providing technical, operational, or testing services.
· Track vendor deliverables, timelines, performance, and capacity usage.
· Ensure alignment between vendor workstreams, internal product teams, and technology execution teams.
4. Product Ownership & Delivery Support (20–25%)
· Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and intake of business rules and enhancements.
· Gather detailed requirements and write user stories with clear acceptance criteria for compliance-driven or strategic initiatives.
· Support backlog refinement, sprint execution, and UAT for selected workstreams.
· Validate deployments and ensure that fixes, enhancements, and control requirements function as expected.
· Coordinate closely with the Product Manager for prioritization, risk communication, and alignment.
5. Cross-Functional Facilitation
· Partner closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Reporting/MIS, Control Management, and other product teams to ensure alignment.
· Drive clarity, remove ambiguity, and ensure crisp communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Support change management, readiness activities, and documentation needs across initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience (5–8+ years)
· Experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
· Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile environments.
· Exposure to technology investment planning, budgeting, burn analysis, or portfolio governance is highly desirable.
· Experience coordinating with Technology, Operations, Compliance, or data/reporting teams.
· Experience in workflow, case management, or servicing platforms is a plus.
Skills
· Strong project management and execution skills.
· High proficiency in risk/issue management, tracking, governance, and structured reporting.
· Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive insights.
