The Role
Associate Digital Marketing Strategist

The Associate Digital Marketing Strategist will help support the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and overall management of digital marketing initiatives across multiple paid media channels for Auto Club Enterprise Membership line of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape as well as hands-on experience managing a breadth of campaigns across ad platforms like Google, YouTube, Meta, and others.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, execute, optimize and measure cross-channel strategies for paid media to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

  • Utilize insights tools & strategies to help improve lifetime value for the organization.

  • Manage & execute test & iteration roadmaps for paid media campaigns and landing page optimization.

  • Work closely with media planning team to establish optimal budgets and marketing channel mixes that will yield the best results.

  • Measure, monitor & track all marketing KPIs. Ensure channel benchmarks are being met or exceeded. Use insights to identify areas for growth or improvement and present recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Work with ad ops & technical teams to ensure proper tracking & measurement across all marketing channels. Includes implementation of floodlights, vendor pixels, campaign click trackers, 1x1s, and offline phone numbers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on key projects including media planning, creative, product, sales, big data, E-business, analytics, content, and market research.

  • Lead, manage, and hold external agency partners and in-house activation teams accountable to executing plans, meeting campaign objectives, and fulfilling project deadlines.

 

Qualifications

  • BS or BA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong consideration for people with degrees in Information Systems or Marketing

  • 3-5 years managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns at a strategic level.

  • Direct experience with any combination of the following is preferred: Paid Search, CTV, Online Video, Social, Display and Streaming Audio

  • Experience with landing page optimization & content management systems

  • Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystem including online & offline tracking and measurement

  • Experience managing and executing marketing budgets for various paid media channels.

  • Effective communicator - Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear & understandable way.

  • Able to present to different audiences including executive leadership.

  • Can perform competitive analysis and develop strategic plans.

  • Proficient with MS Office, Google docs, and SharePoint. Able to create clear & effective presentations and proficient with spreadsheets (formulas, macros, and other automation capabilities are a plus)

The starting pay range for this position is:

$84,100.00 - $111,900.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
