We are looking for an Associate, Digital Customer Success Programs in India to join our Global Digital Customer Success Programs team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, execution-focused, collaborative, and excited to contribute to scalable customer engagement and lifecycle automation programs that support onboarding, product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

This is primarily an execution and delivery-focused role, supporting customer lifecycle programs and digital engagement initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing management. While this role does not own program strategy, we highly value individuals who question the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring a mindset of continuous optimization, efficiency, and scalable execution.

About the Role

As an Associate on the Digital Customer Success Programs team, you will contribute to the day-to-day execution, coordination, and delivery of customer lifecycle programs and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to help deliver digital omni-channel customer engagement initiatives accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

This role is focused on building and supporting scalable, repeatable execution mechanisms that enable the team to deliver consistent customer experiences globally. In addition to supporting program delivery, you will help document, refine, and improve workflows and processes that allow the organization to scale effectively over time while balancing creative problem-solving with structured execution.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment. You will work within established frameworks and scalable mechanisms while helping improve workflows, documentation, and team efficiency over time.

This role helps create the bridge between scalable digital and community-led engagement and more strategic, relationship-driven customer experiences. By enabling consistent, high-quality customer interactions across the lifecycle, this role helps Customer Success teams engage customers more effectively at the right moments and in the right ways.

This is a highly collaborative, global role that partners extensively with US-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple regions. Flexibility in working hours and comfort collaborating across time zones will be important for success.

What You’ll Do

Program & Lifecycle Execution

  • Execute Digital Customer Success programs and omni-channel customer outreach using and continuously improving established workflows, templates, and engagement processes.
  • Deliver onboarding, adoption, renewal, and customer engagement initiatives across digital channels.
  • Contribute to scalable customer engagement experiences that improve onboarding success, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention outcomes.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives that connect digital, community, and relationship-led experiences in a scalable and consistent way across the customer lifecycle.
  • Prepare, validate, and QA audience lists, segmentation logic, and lifecycle workflows before launch.
  • Monitor recurring program execution activities and ensure timelines and deliverables are met consistently.
  • Identify execution issues, process gaps, or data discrepancies and escalate them quickly and clearly.

Workflow & Program Coordination

  • Maintain and optimize digital customer journey workflows and lifecycle automation programs across internal systems and tools.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of workflow enhancements and process improvements.
  • Follow documented procedures and standards to maintain accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Support reporting and performance analysis by gathering program metrics and organizing engagement data.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Operations stakeholders to support program delivery.
  • Participate in regular working sessions, project check-ins, and operational reviews.
  • Maintain trackers, documentation, schedules, and execution plans to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Bring curiosity and a process-improvement mindset to everyday work.
  • Help document, refine, and build scalable mechanisms and repeatable processes that enable the team to grow efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve customer experience, or increase operational efficiency.
  • Bring a creative and resourceful mindset to solving problems, balancing scrappy execution with long-term scalability and structure.
  • Question existing processes constructively and contribute ideas that help the team scale more effectively.

Who You Are

  • An execution-oriented professional who enjoys delivering high-quality outcomes through coordination, organization, and consistent execution.
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and scalable program frameworks.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable in managing recurring tasks and timelines.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge inefficient processes constructively.
  • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and functions.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing Operations, Digital Programs, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting execution of customer communications, digital programs, operational workflows, or lifecycle initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Intercom, Snowflake, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to collaborate across global time zones, including regular overlap with US-based stakeholders and teams.
