The Opportunity 
 

At Workhuman, we're on a mission to make work more human by helping organisations celebrate, connect, and empower their people. We're looking for an Associate Deskside Engineer to join our Global Helpdesk team. 
 

Based in our Park West, Dublin office, this is a hybrid role, with three days per week onsite. You'll provide first and second-line IT support to employees across our global business, helping to deliver a seamless technology experience while working with teams across Infrastructure, Security, Identity, and Workplace Technology.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver first and second-line support for Workhuman employees.  

  • Provide in-person deskside support and remote troubleshooting.  

  • Build, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS laptops.  

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.  

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.  

  • Support conference room technology, Zoom Rooms, Neat devices, and AV equipment.  

  • Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle.  

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.  

  • Follow ITIL-based Incident, Request, and Problem Management processes.  

  • Assist with office moves, technology refreshes, and equipment deployments.  

 

Technologies you'll work with:
 

Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Jamf Pro, Jira Service Management, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Dell Latitude & Precision, Apple MacBook devices, Zoom Rooms, Neat, and AV technologies. 

What you'll bring:

  • Experience providing first and second-line IT support in an enterprise environment.  

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, hardware, software, and networking.  

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management technologies such as Intune or Entra ID.  

  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  

  • Experience with Jamf Pro, Apple devices, PowerShell, or Microsoft Defender is an advantage.  

  • Microsoft, Apple, Jamf, or CompTIA certifications are desirable.
