Associate Deployment Representative

North- ONSITE, Troy, MI

Shift is Mon-Fri. 9am to 6pm with some flexibility

MUST BE ONSITE DAILY

What you'll be doing:

• Manage incoming and outgoing activities at the Delivery Shipment Door.
• Process and sort all incoming packages including, but not limited to: returns, refusals or undeliverable items, and office mail.
• Complete general company requests for shipping.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing stockrooms.
• Assist with the return equipment process.
• Assess, clean, recondition and test functionality of returned equipment; Replace cosmetic parts when necessary.
• Prepare defective equipment for return back to the manufacturer.

• Complete special assignments as required by department Manager and/or Team Leads.

What we need from you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background in shipping, logistics, or deployment
• Light technical skills
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to succeed in a deadline driven environment
• Strong communication, organization and computer skills, including e-mail
• Strong team ethic
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Hourly Wage Range: $15.00- $18.00
