Associate, Debt Finance

Our Debt Finance Practice specializes in advising clients on all aspects of debt-related transactions and financial structuring. We provide legal expertise to borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions on a wide range of financing matters, including syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, refinancing and structured finance. Our team assists clients in negotiating and drafting loan agreements, security documents and other related contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing potential risks. By leveraging our extensive knowledge of global financial markets and regulations, our Debt Finance Practice helps clients secure favorable financing terms and navigate complex financial landscapes, ultimately supporting their strategic financial goals and operational needs.

Associate: Debt Finance

In addition to strong academic credentials, as a mid-level Associate you should possess the drive and determination needed to thrive in a fast-paced practice, handling the legal intricacies of large-scale banking transactions. You will apply good judgment and excellent analytical skills to your work, be highly organised and self‑motivated, and be a team player with a strong professional presence and client focus.

Widely recognised as leaders in our field, we offer both international reach and deep local resources, advising on the full spectrum of financing matters and structuring innovative, often ground‑breaking deals. • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, and assisting with and implementing firm‑wide strategies
• Engaging proactively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing strategic advice and addressing their needs
