Position Overview
We're searching for an Associate Data Tagger Analyst to join our team in AI Engineering team in Bengaluru office. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do
- This position will be primarily responsible for converting insurance-related PDF documents
into a structured format. - Follow established business rules for data conversion.
- Raise questions or seek clarifications if the business rules do not appear clear or
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the North American team.
- Self-manage daily tasks using project management tools like Jira.
- Continuously improve processes and systems for more efficient data conversion
We're Excited to Learn More About You
- Fresher graduates BE/MCA/MSC/BCA/BSc,23-24 Passed Out
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of JSON format.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools would be a plus.
- Some entry-level computer programming knowledge is preferred (Python)
The candidate should be comfortable working in a virtual team environment. The candidate should also be flexible with working hours to accommodate team meetings with the majority North American team.
