As a Data Integration & Process Optimization Specialist you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that support data processing and analysis. This role involves working with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various teams to meet business needs. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). 
  • Integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and reliability utilizing Azure Fabric. 
  • Optimize data systems for performance and scalability. 
     Implement measures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, architectures, data dictionaries, metadata, and workflows.
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategies. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Data-Driven Troubleshooting - use advanced analytical techniques to interpret raw data and uncover the underlying causes of operational or technical problems.
  • Leverage a variety of systems, applications, and technologies to streamline and automate processes, such as Workato and Power Automate.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 2 years of data optimization in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Fabric. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly driven and eager to contribute in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone. 
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. 
  • Experience in PowerBI. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and query optimization. 
  • Experience in Azure PowerShell. 
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected base salary range will be between $70,000-$90,000. This position is eligible for the company bonus plan that is based upon company and individual performance.
