About the team:

The Analytics team within Service Strategy & Operation group generates valuable insights by interpreting large volumes of data for Service Delivery associates and their leaders around new ideas, opportunities and strategies on the way we engage clients, leading to higher client retention.

What you will do:

  • Process management for analytics process improvements while problem solving for analytics automation use cases
  • Execute unit testing to build error-free automation outcomes
  • Understand and support implementation of analytics process improvements while driving automation for analytics use cases and optimizing data delivery
  • Collaborate with business users / focus groups to ensure UX is error free, seamless and easy to use
  • Drive innovation to come up with new analytics processes and automation providing new business ideas and strategies

What you’ll need:

  • Under graduation in quantitative field: engineering preferable
  • 0 – 1 years of experience in business analytics with knowledge of advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using Excel
  • Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and problem solve
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill them in a proactive manner
  • SQL / PowerBI knowledge is good to have
  • Exposure to Lean, Six-Sigma, process improvement projects would be an added advantage
