The opportunity
As a Staff Data Analyst, you will deliver advanced data analyses, reporting, and data visualization solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and communicate insights in a clear and structured way. The role combines hands‑on analysis with the opportunity to contribute to reusable tools, dashboards, and data preparation processes that support recurring analytics.
On this position you will:
- Conduct advanced data analyses to address a range of business and engineering questions
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data visualization dashboards to support decision‑making
- Prepare clear, structured documentation summarizing analytical findings and recommended actions
- Translate business requirements into practical data analysis and reporting solutions
- Provide technical support to existing solutions, addressing bug fixes and simple issues
- Stay informed about developments in data analytics technologies and methods to provide relevant support and recommendations
To join our team, you will need:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field with coursework in statistics.
Languages:
You are fluent in English.
Experience:
1-3 years experience in advanced data analysis on large data sets, including data cleaning and data visualization.
Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with:
- Developing analytics solutions to support data-driven decisions
- Designing and delivering data visualization dashboards
- Automation of reports and KPI generation
Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Applied Mathematics, specifically statistics
- Advanced Data Analytics, including data visualization and KPI generation
Experience with:
- Software engineering tools and practices (Python, Jupyter Notebooks)
- Data wrangling and analytics libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scipy, Stats models)
- Database and other data storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Visual analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, Streamlit)
