Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports to support review team in extraction.
- Utilize Power BI to create interactive and dynamic reports.
Data Management:
- Clean, transform, and integrate large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement data validation and quality control processes to ensure data integrity.
Automation:
- Develop and maintain VBA macros and scripts to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field).
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and charting).
- Strong knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for Excel automation.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with data cleaning and data management best practices.
- Data Breach Review/Incidence Review, also can able to export data from
PDF to Excel.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
