- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED in:
- Biology
- Microbiology
- Life Sciences (or related field)
- 0–1+ years of experience (internships or lab experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity or comfort with:
- Lab environments
- Microbiology or sampling practices
- Quality processes and documentation review
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Professional communication and ability to interact with customers
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Recent graduate in Biology, Microbiology, or similar field
- Hands-on lab or internship experience
- Naturally curious, proactive, and a go-getter mindset
- Able to quickly learn new processes (expected ramp: ~2–3 months)
- Comfortable balancing operational work with customer interaction
