We're looking for an Customer Success Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work on the Customer Success Team to build irreplaceable relationships with customers. You'll be responsible for the success of customers in our Enterprise and Premier market segments, which comprises Flatiron's largest and most complex healthcare customers. Account Managers manage a range of strategic projects and milestones, report on account performance and use market perspective to inform product recommendations. In addition, you'll:
- Engage stakeholders from Flatiron's largest and most complex healthcare customers to exceed client expectations and ensure the retention of our network
- Understand how customers interact with Flatiron products and identify their needs, challenges and ideas
- Become a product and domain expert, and use that knowledge to make customers successful in their business
- Advocate for customer needs and ideas internally, and work cross-functionally with other teams to achieve outcomes and results for customers
- Deliver value-driven solutions; ensure that customers begin every interaction with Flatiron with a clear understanding of its purpose and conclude every interaction with tangible results or next steps
- Lead annual renewal process and targeted relationship-based upsell efforts for Flatiron's latest products
Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're an empathetic communicator with 1-3 years of experience in account management, project management, or consulting.
- You have a Bachelor's degree
- You have experience collaborating and communicating with a wide range of clients
- You are able to develop subject matter expertise and communicate it clearly to external and internal stakeholders
- You have the ability to solve problems in a resourceful and data-driven manner while working in a fast-paced environment
- You are able to work with and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
- You have the ability to effectively identify what's important and effectively prioritize competing projects
- You have excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
- You are passionate about our mission to improve healthcare through technology

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $87,200.00 - $130,800.00
Preferred Primary Location: NYC Headquarters
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
