Job Description
Responsibilities*
Work with internal and external teams using CRMs like Salesforce.
Ability to action on tickets based on severity and SLAs
Proactive approach to reach out to Stakeholders across multiple business units.
Basic understanding of Quotes, invoices, Pos, Renewals etc.

Qualifications / Requirements*
Freshers (2022- 2023 pass out) - (B.com/BBA (Finance)/MBA (Finance) background)
0-1 year of experience. Immediate joiners are most welcome.
Must have above 65% in all academic (10th, 12th and degree)
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
High level of attention to detail
Work from office - Hyderabad location.
Ready to work as per eastern shift timings, (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
