The Creative Squad Lead, Private Bank & Wealth Management, is responsible for leading a team of creatives delivering premium marketing and communications experiences for affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth audiences. This role requires a sophisticated creative perspective, exceptional design sensibility, and a deep understanding of luxury, exclusivity, and relationship-driven marketing.
The ideal candidate understands how to create elevated brand experiences that resonate with discerning clients while maintaining the trust, credibility, and professionalism expected within financial services. They will partner closely with Private Bank, Wealth Management, and executive stakeholders to ensure creative work reflects the premium nature of the business and the expectations of its clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Project Oversight
- Participate in the development, review, and approval of Creative Briefs, ensuring alignment with Private Bank and Wealth Management business objectives and client experience strategies.
- Lead the creative development of campaigns, client communications, thought leadership materials, events, presentations, executive communications, and premium client experiences.
- Ensure all creative work reflects a sophisticated, elevated aesthetic appropriate for affluent and high-net-worth audiences.
- Champion exceptional design quality, attention to detail, and consistency across all client-facing materials.
- Guide teams in translating complex financial concepts into engaging, visually compelling communications.
Team & Resource Management
- Lead a squad of creatives -designers and copywriters- focused on Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives.
- Balance resources across strategic campaigns, executive priorities, premium events, and ongoing business needs.
- Mentor designers and creative professionals in delivering highly polished, premium-quality work.
- Provide constructive creative feedback and help drive accountability and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Foster a culture of craftsmanship, creative excellence, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Process
- Serve as the primary creative partner for Private Bank, Wealth Management, and senior marketing stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, compliance, production, and executive teams to develop effective and compliant creative solutions.
- Partner with leadership teams to shape premium client experiences and differentiated brand storytelling.
- Drive creative consistency across digital, print, event, and executive communication channels.
- Support the development of scalable creative systems and toolkits that enable efficient localization while protecting brand integrity.
Quality & Delivery
- Maintain exceptionally high standards for design, messaging, production quality, and client experience.
- Review work to ensure it reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and trust associated with Private Banking and Wealth Management brands. Multiple activation formats, include digital signage, digital content, social media, videos, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Ensure materials meet brand, regulatory, and compliance requirements without compromising creative quality.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the client experience through thoughtful design and storytelling.
- Anticipate and resolve challenges related to event timelines, production requirements, venue constraints, stakeholder expectations, and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, branding, agency, luxury marketing, financial services marketing, wealth management marketing, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium design, brand stewardship, and strategic creative leadership.
- Experience developing communications for affluent, executive, luxury, or high-net-worth audiences.
- Exceptional design sensibility, typography, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex business and financial concepts through compelling creative solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading creative teams, managing senior stakeholders, and balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Collaborative and strategic leader with a keen attention to detail.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $158,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
