Your team

Join our welcoming and collaborative Corporate Actions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for doing all administrative tasks related to Stock Transfers. The candidate will be required to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Corporate Action events, Dividends and Stock Transfer cases assigned to them.

Your role in the Team’s Success

Gain expertise in Corporate Actions domain, opportunity to work on projects as well as having the chance to attend regular social events, get funding for your charitable endeavors and join a range of special interest groups, you’ll receive an attractive selection of benefits working with IG.

What you’ll do

  • Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems

  • Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice

  • Collation of Client instructions

  • Preparation of Client Bookings

  • Posting of Client Dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems - Synthetic Dividend reconciliation

  • Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk

  • -Processing of Stock Transfers

  • Update of IG internal systems accurately

  • Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events

  • Flexible with Rotational Shifts (9 AM to 6 PM Shift and 12 PM to 9 PM Shift).

What you’ll need for this role

  • - Basic understanding of various Corporate Action events

  • - Basic Microsoft excel knowledge

  • - Familiarity with the risks associated with corporate action events including client money

  • - Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail

  • - Ability to work in a team

  • - Good communication skills

  • - Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help

  • - Excellent organizational skills.
