The Associate Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the coding operations team, coders, and clients. Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with providing support to coders and clients, including client communications.
  • Compile and send out client-requested reports.
  • Communicate with scheduling team to ensure timely completion of client records, fluctuations in agency volume, and coder availability.
  • Update a variety of departmental reports by entering databases and ensuring accuracy as directed.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned. 

Required qualifications 

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience 

Preferred qualification 

  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Healthcare EMR experience

Job Expectations 

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed 
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information 
  • Must participate in yearly HIPPA and compliance trainings
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
