Support the Marketing Programs team on various tasks/ activities related to Seminars & Event program and Event Builder Tool, like supporting in developing and implementing of communication/ Marketing Plans, developing ongoing training sessions for various parties, ensuring compliance of policies, partnering up with product owner/ tech leads to enhance systems etc. Person is also expected to act as a first-line support for users and help problem-solve issues related to the Event Builder system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. BAU Work:
- Act as first-line support for users and help problem-solve issues related to the Event Builder system
- Manage dedicated email inbox, initiate outbound phone calls and host Teams Meeting sessions to help support field users as needed
- Develop ongoing training sessions for field leaders, advisors and staff to learn how to use tool (live virtual meetings + Pre-recorded videos)
2. Support in developing and implementing high quality communications and marketing plans for Event Builder tool:
- Use positive and persuasive marketing tactics to help encourage adoption of Event Builder and showcase benefits to field users
- Prepare, update and distribute user guides, presentation decks, videos and other supporting documentation related to Event Builder tool
3. Compliance adherence: Work with compliance liaisons to understand and interpret compliance and business policies related to the Seminars & Event program and Event Builder tool.
4. Value addition: Partner with Event Builder Product Owner and tech leads to provide user feedback and suggest opportunities/requirements for improvement to system user interface/workflow.
Required Qualification:
- Graduation in any stream
- Relevant experience should between 1- 3 years
