Job Description
- Enforce quality assurance of the content displayed on our platform by proof-reading menus and back-end settings.
- Work closely with content creation agents to identify and resolve quality issues
- Detail-oriented on documents submitted from Sales representatives' side before approval.
- Manage audit Locations and Bank Accounts for new restaurants to prevent ghost vendors.
- Executing content quality improvement projects
- Handle fixing content related errors reported by internal teams
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field
- New graduates are welcome to apply. At least 6 months of work/internship experience is a plus
- Have a strong communication skill and good at problem-solving
- You’re creative, entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated
- Candidates must Laotian and be able to read, write and speak extremely well in Lao and able to communicate in English is a plus
- Having attention to detail, high accuracy rate and speed is important
