Job Title: Associate Content Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Content Analyst to join our Symbology LEI team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing financial data content, supporting client data queries, and ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. 

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, validating, and maintaining financial content across multiple platforms while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Resolve client data issues by identifying and correcting data integrity gaps, missing information, and inconsistencies 

  • Source, collect, and curate financial data from various documents, instruments, and feed sources 

  • Process and maintain data accurately and within defined timelines using internal tools and market knowledge 

  • Interpret data requirements and enrich datasets in line with defined collection policies 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support data sourcing and issue resolution 

  • Adhere to quality metrics, ensuring deliverables meet business and customer expectations 

  • Support assigned projects and consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs 

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience 

 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Ability to clearly present complex or technical information in a concise and audience-appropriate manner 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights 

  • Demonstrates a client-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities 

  • Ability to review and validate content for accuracy and consistency 

  • Builds effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders 

  • Basic understanding of financial instruments, markets, and industry practices 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools 

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage 

  • Ability to investigate, validate, and verify data from multiple sources 

  • Able to deliver structured and clear presentations 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification 

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in content operations, data management, or a related field is preferred 

  • Exposure to financial markets or data environments is an advantage
