About your Role
The Associate Investment Consultant role focuses on end‑to‑end product support, spanning reporting, fund finance activities, onboarding and maintenance, governance, regulatory processes, and ongoing operational administration. By centralizing these responsibilities, the Bangalore team enables greater consistency, control, and efficiency across the product lifecycle while strengthening operational resilience.
In parallel, the role supports product strategy and analytics, including competitor analysis, cross‑vehicle insights, and junior strategist coverage across asset classes (Alternatives, Index & Equities, Fixed Income & Liquidity, and Multi‑Asset). This ensures tighter alignment between execution, data, and strategic decision‑making.
Overall, the role provides critical leverage to senior Product leaders globally, allowing highly skilled product partners to refocus on expanded product development and capability initiatives that are currently under‑resourced, while also establishing a strong talent pipeline and long‑term growth model in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute business‑as‑usual product support for global pooled vehicles and strategic products, supporting the efficient operation of the funds.
Prepare product reporting and analytics, including monthly management reporting, product monitoring, regulatory snapshots, and quarterly global fund exposure and sales reviews.
Support fund finance activities, including financial statement reviews, budgeting, NAV reviews, invoice processing, and line‑of‑credit management
Manage fund onboarding and ongoing maintenance activities, including share class setup, LEI registrations and renewals, Eagle data maintenance, and closed‑fund oversight reviews
Provide governance and oversight support, including consistency checks on fund documentation and preparation of quarterly Investment Committee and Board reporting packs
Support regulatory and operational processes, including PRIIPs/UCITS KIID preparation, class action filings, tax processes, proxy POA monitoring, securities lending program management, and regulatory mailings
Coordinate external vendor data reviews and submissions and manage core product administrative activities, including shared mailbox monitoring
Deliver product strategy and analysis support, including competitor analysis, cross‑vehicle insights, and junior product strategy coverage across asset classes (Alts, Index & Equities, Fixed Income & Liquidity, Multi‑Asset)
Enable capacity reallocation for senior Product partners, freeing global Product leaders to focus on higher‑value product development and capability initiatives
