- Contribute to rapid briefings, real-time updates, and forward-looking assessments
- Monitor and analyze political, security, regulatory, and macro developments in Israel, the region, and globally
- Translate fast-moving developments into clear, concise insights and implications for business and policy leaders
- Draft briefings, backgrounders, scenario assessments, and stakeholder engagement recommendations.
- Support broader public relations and public affairs campaigns, including drafting op-eds, articles, press materials, and social content
- Build and maintain relationships with media, political, and business community stakeholders
- Support trainings, workshops, and business development activities, including pitches and proposals
- Collaborate closely with APCO colleagues globally across public affairs, geopolitical risk crisis, and corporate communications teams
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in public affairs, policy analysis, strategic communications, consultancy, agency, or related roles
- Academic background in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Security & Diplomacy, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- Native-level Hebrew and excellent English (C1+); Arabic is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Israel’s political system, media environment, and regional dynamics
- Proven ability to analyze complex, fast-moving situations and communicate under pressure
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with a talent for distilling complexity into decision-ready insights
- Comfortable working on multiple projects across sectors
- Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and confident working across unfamiliar subject areas
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Why APCO
- Work at the intersection of geopolitics, public policy, and business risk
- Exposure to global teams and senior decision-makers
- A collaborative, intellectually rigorous culture with early responsibility
- Clear career paths, ongoing training, and access to APCO’s global learning platform
