As a Associate Consultant - Data Services you will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency within InvestorFlow. You’ll process and validate large data sets, support clients via email and messaging, and collaborate to improve data management. This role offers growth in Commercial Real Estate within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
You will
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to clients.
- Become an essential part of the client’s extended team.
- Ensure all data entered is accurate and structured optimally.
- Work closely with the InvestorFlow business and product teams to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to client requests via email or instant messenger within SLAs.
- Enter bulk data from various sources (PDF, Excel, email).
- Prevent duplicate data entry and proactively cleanse client data.
- Identify when InvestorFlow is not being used optimally and coordinate training with Customer Success.
You Have
- C1 English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for numbers.
- Proactive in understanding and validating data.
- Eager to learn about Commercial Real Estate (no prior experience required).
- Strong communication skills via email, instant messaging, and phone.
