The Darwin Origin Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin™ to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The Origin Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology.

We will count on you to:
- Support project workshops with experienced consultants to understand the client’s business and benefit structures and how Darwin best works to meet their needs;
- Be responsible for the scoping, designing and documenting requirements in accordance with DDM;
- Work with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and supporting the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications/requirements and helping clients in UAT;
- To learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with the timelines;
- To capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project with the client;
- To acquire stakeholder and relationship management skills that will enable you to mediate and provide solutions on how best to meet the client’s needs within the framework of Darwin’s capabilities;
- To ascertain how to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner to all stakeholders;
- Work with your Squad Leads on managing workload prioritisation and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date;
- Work with Project Managers in updating their plans, risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM);
- Help to improve processes and drive efficiency across both the department and Darwin Services;
