The mission is to be an integral part of the Commercial Lines team and partner with Advisors, Directors Risk Management, Client Service Specialists and others in the agency to deliver a high level of service to our commercial clients. This individual develops professional working relationships with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel to maintain accounts and promote a positive working environment.
Position Summary: The Associate Client Manager - Certificates position is lending to the issuance of insurance certificates and auto id cards for construction company client. The primary role is to interface with commercial risk client account management teams.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Enters appropriate certificate information into the computer system in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Evaluates compliancy with certificates compared to contractual requirements.
3. Interface with account managers via various methods of communication regarding certificate of insurance coverage questions and/or required policy documentation when needed.
4. Resolves or reports problems encountered immediately, including unreadable data, unacceptable data, equipment malfunctions and any other problems to the appropriate individual.
5. Receives and responds to client inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
6. Manage various client specific certificate portals.
7. Provides assistance to other departments as needed.
8. Proficiently perform phone and email follow-up work.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory.

College Degree and P&C License are desirable -- New Jersey Property Casualty Insurance License required to advance to other areas within Construction Risk Partners.

License(s): Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment required; Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment preferred
