Role and Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and departmental functions.
- Perform statistical analysis and create reports that clearly present analytical results.
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Design and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for easy interpretation of data.
- Assist in the development of data management strategies and policies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
- Stay updated with the latest analytical techniques and technologies.
- Able to oversee project execution at all stages, ensuring requirements are met timely and within budget.
Skills and Qualifications
• Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
• Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments
Experience, Education and Licensure:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
