We’re looking for an Associate Business Analytics Specialist to join our Data Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to be responsible for analyzing business data, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly standard reports according to the documented processes within the SLA
- Ensure accuracy and quality of the reports handled before distribution. Able to conduct peer review of teammate's work to check on the timeliness, accuracy and quality of their (the teammate's) work.
- Ensure timely update of standard report inventory to include information about the reports generated
- Handle investigations and queries about the standard reports generated and distributed
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in finance, business administration, math, statistics, economics and other quantitative discipline
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in reporting & sales metrics
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation).
- Amenable to work graveyard (8PM-5AM)
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, MS Access and other reporting technologies
- Knowledge of SQL and other relational database technologies preferred but not required
- Experience in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
- Excellent customer focus and a commitment to quality while still meeting deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid-level managers
