The Associate Business Analyst assists with the preparation of studies on new and current business opportunities, including collecting economic, technological, industry, customer, competitor, and other similar data. Assists with analyzing costs and growth potential of proposed ventures. Prepares customer, competitor, and industry profiles. Communicates with internal staff regarding collected data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects information regarding customers, products, markets, and competitors from government agencies, trade organizations, customers and industry group representatives to assist in developing studies of new and current business opportunities within Asia Pacific, Europe or Latin America region.
- Collects information on economic conditions, corporate revenue, customer demographics, competition and industry needs within the designated region.
- Gathers intelligence on new industry and markets within the appropriate region.
- Collects information from engineering personnel related to technical aspects of new business studies.
- Collects information from marketing personnel regarding the development of market analyses.
- Prepares customer, competitor, and industry profiles.
- Develops and maintains databases.
- Assists in preparing analyses of new business ventures and expansions of current lines of business, including analyses of costs, benefits, and growth potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in Business Administration or a related field).
- Minimum of 2 years professional level experience within the field of specialization.
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $52,000 to $60,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
