As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission to improve and develop internal IT systems that enable our organization to operate at its best. You will serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and IT development teams, ensuring that business requirements are understood, prioritized, and executed effectively. This role emphasizes the entire IT service lifecycle, from initial requirements to ongoing maintenance, with a primary focus on internal projects and communication with internal stakeholders.
 

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and thoroughly understand business requirements.

• Prioritize and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

• Act as a bridge between business units and IT development teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.

• Play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing internal IT projects.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance internal IT systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

• Embrace an ITIL mindset and apply relevant principles and knowledge.

• Take ownership of the entire IT service lifecycle, with an emphasis on post-implementation maintenance.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit internal IT systems.
   

Role Requirements

• Strong IT-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.

• Open-mindedness and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with ITIL principles and knowledge is a significant benefit.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams.

• Fluency in English language and ability to work independently, proactivity.

• Ability to understand, prioritize, and manage multiple business requirements from internal stakeholders.

• Passion for delivering excellence throughout the entire IT service lifecycle.

• Experience with Project Management, Settlements, Accounting or in Finance field would be an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1858 - 3266 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
