    Job Description

    Associate Business Analyst

    We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Business Analyst to join our Central Services IT Team. This is a role ideally suited as an entry point to your career in IT, so if you are a new graduate or looking for your first steps this could be ideal. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

    The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

    • Assist in gathering and analysing data to support business decisions
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide analytical solutions
    • Help in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings
    • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of objectives
    • Learn and apply business analysis techniques and tools

    Qualifications

    To be a successful you should be able to demonstrate:

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • No prior experience required as training will be provided
