How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More About this role:
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager, Confectionary who will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to implement brand strategies on iconic brands like Cadbury, Sour Patch Kids, and Maynards. The Associate Brand Manager will also support profit and loss management and future business development plans, including new product development. Ideal candidates will have strong collaboration, leadership, analytical skills and a drive for results.

How you will contribute:
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to create solutions to real business challenges for your assigned brand team. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help execute 360-degree marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including product & packaging development, finance, and sales to execute key brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.
  • Commercialize product renovation and innovation projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer insights, working closely with your Insights & Analytics partner to identify risks and opportunities on your business.
  • Support all marketing activities including digital media, creator content, eCommerce, packaging, branding, and more.
  • Develop and execute marketing and innovation strategies, implement brand plans in conjunction with your Brand Team.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years Experience in Marketing or Brand Management: CPG experience is an asset

Work schedule:
  • Regular business hours M-F (Hybrid)

Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $64,600 to $80,750 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 6% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
