As an Associate, Brand & Growth, you will be the execution engine behind how our brand shows up every day. You’ll support the Associate Director, Brand Experience by owning social presence, coordinating content and campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s for someone who is detail-oriented, highly resourceful, and excited to use new tools to amplify impact across a growing platform.
How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam
Social and Brand Presence
Own the day-to-day execution of Alfred and Arqline’s corporate social presence, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Draft, refine, and publish posts that reflect our voice and positioning
- Actively engage by commenting, sharing, and participating in relevant conversations
- Monitor performance and continuously improve content based on engagement and reach
AI-Enabled Content and Creative Execution
Leverage AI tools to increase speed and quality across marketing outputs.
- Draft and refine copy for posts, campaigns, and communications using AI
- Use AI-supported design tools to create and iterate on visual assets
- Polish presentations, pitch decks, and materials to executive-level quality
Campaign Coordination and Asset Management
Act as the connective tissue across marketing efforts.
- Coordinate content, timelines, and assets across stakeholders
- Review and route design requests, ensuring clarity, quality, and prioritization
- Ensure consistency across channels, from social to email to presentations
Brand Partnerships and Resident Offers
Support the development of meaningful brand partnerships that enhance the resident experience.
- Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with Alfred’s audience and markets
- Conduct outreach to prospective partners to introduce Alfred and explore collaboration opportunities
- Prepare materials and support meetings with potential partners, including research, agendas, and follow-ups
- Help secure and execute resident-facing offers, promotions, and partnerships
- Track partnership pipeline and ensure consistent follow-through
PR, Awards, and Brand Visibility
Proactively identify and execute low- to no-cost brand amplification opportunities.
- Research and submit for industry awards, lists, and recognitions
- Identify PR opportunities and assist with submissions or coordination
- Track opportunities and ensure deadlines are met
Operational Excellence and Follow-Through
Bring structure and reliability to fast-moving work.
- Maintain strong organization across projects, assets, and timelines
- Close loops consistently so nothing falls through the cracks
- Improve processes over time to increase team efficiency
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand execution
- Strong writing skills with the ability to refine tone, clarity, and impact quickly
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building, including cold outreach
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for design, even if not a formal designer
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work across copy, design, and research
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through and ownership mindset
- Resourceful and proactive, able to figure things out without waiting for direction
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams
You’ll stand out if you
- Have experience with partnerships, business development, or brand collaborations
- Have experience managing or growing a corporate LinkedIn presence
- Have worked on pitch decks or executive-level presentations
- Have submitted or supported award nominations or PR efforts
- Have experience in proptech, real estate, or hospitality-driven brands

Please note that NYC-based team members are expected to work in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
