Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will understand the financial services industry and possess a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The Associate Analyst will support project & task assignments to assist the Supervision Enablement Team in delivering business results for the Supervision organization. They will regularly exercise excellent business judgment to support high visibility projects. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to support projects and grow in their ability to plan, design, and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Jointly participate in project & task assignments with other team members to gain experience in planning, designing, and executing strategic initiatives for Supervision

  • Assume responsibility of less complex projects & tasks while developing fundamental skills in project management, process improvement, and preparing executive presentations

  • Ability to research and resolve issues by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives

  • Maintenance of accurate and current documentation where appropriate and work with appropriate parties to ensure timely deliverables

  • Proactive communication with all responsible parties for updates and reporting

  • Become accomplished in use of all relevant department tools and resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in projects or analytics

Core Competencies:

  • High attention to detail and excellent business judgment with successful track record for working independently

  • Resourceful problem solver that is able to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information in differing degrees of details and form depending on the audience

Preferences:

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Smartsheet a plus)

  • Project management experience highly desired

Pay Range:

$23.33-$38.88/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
